Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to delete your account or request the deletion of your data, you can do so using one of the following methods:
1. Using the online form
- Submit the form at https://tally.so/r/wkONV1 with your registered email address.
- After submission, a verification email will be sent to confirm your request.
- Once verified, your account deletion process will begin and may take up to 30 days to complete.
If you log back into your account during this 30-day period, the deletion process will be cancelled.
2. From within the Ritzy Poker app
- Log into your Ritzy Poker account.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap the “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” button and confirm your request.
After confirmation, your deletion request will be processed under the same terms described above. Data required to comply with legal obligations may be retained as necessary.
